Travelling to Marrakech and around - 6 Days

Day 1: Marrakech to Essaouira 120 miles

Our journey will start at the door of your hotel. We will pick up you and head to Essaouira Ancient Mogador Which means ( well painted) we stop at an Argan oil cooperative run by women. Argan trees grow only in Morocco and nowhere else in the world ... in Amazigh (Berber) Argan means well guarded.

Day 2 : full day in Eassouira discovered by the Phoenicians in 7 B.C

Eassouira is one of the most enchanting spots in Morocco ,one of the must sees for back packers , windsurfers, art enthusiasts, craft shoppers. It has an charming blue 18th century medina. Orson Wells used this town for his film Othello. It's the best place to enjoy sea food. It’s also Gnaoua’s musical home. Traditionally the Arab and black Sub Sahara Africa music meet , with it's Special mix of African magic and Islamic rituals. A Gnaoua ritual combines both music and acrobatic dancing to create trance and healing.

Day 3 : Essouira - Agadir - Tafrout

Leaving Eassouira, after breakfast, fallowing the Atlantic coast down south crossing the forest of argan trees along the way , big chance to see goats in the Argan Trees Enjoying the Argan nuts. we will stop at Paradise Valley near Agadir straight to National Park of Souss Massae . The park's main conservation importance is that it holds three of the four Moroccan colonies of the Northern Bald Ibis Geronticus eremita. You might also see some gazelles. To Tafroute at the end of day, the jewel of the Low Atlas a relaxing haven of peace.

Day 4: Tafrout, Taroudant

Impressive wild road of Berber villages along the way. Still Argan trees everywhere mostly goats in the top of the trees. We reach Taroudant in the afternoon. It was once called little Marrakech Enjoy the souk and relaxed atmosphere.

Day 5 : Taroudant and the Tizi N’ Test pass to Ouirgane

After breakfast we climb to more than 6867 feet high in the pass of Tizi n’Test : a small pass in the High Atlas Mountains the fertile valley between Ouirgane.The pass is watered by the N’fis River in the traditional land of the Gandoufa Tribes . We will stop at Tinmel mosque the amazing twelfth century Berber mosque with its great architecture. We get to Ouirgane in the Afternoon, an eco village for trekking and riding.

Day 6 : Ouirgane - Marakech

Leave Ouirgange after breakfast . We might have a drink at Richard Branson’s Kasbah: Tamadout. We see the Ourika valley on our way back to Marrakech and have a lunch near the Ourika river . Burn some calories climbing to enjoy the seven waterfalls at Setti Fatma.
